After creating the “SPOTLIGHT” segment in the ROGEE MAGAZINES, the first person I asked to recommend someone was my friend, Charis Michelsen. Exactly 1 hour later, Charis texted the following:
“I would recommend luxury designer Tony Vincente of fashion house Rossario George.” I wasn’t familiar with this brand, so I did an Internet deep dive into ROSSARIO GEORGE and Tony Vincente.
“Wow” became the word I kept uttering while sitting at a cafe somewhere in Beverly Hills and reading up on ROSSARIO GEORGE. After a while, I sent an IG DM to Tony and him and I engaged. After I started the ROGEE BEVERLY HILLS MAGAZINE back in 2023, Andreea Serban and her husband, Jay Gore, were among the first I shared my plans with. They were both super supportive. Andreea knew the exact $$$ amount and team needed to make it happen.
So in 2025, at the Los Angeles Fashion Week by LUMIERE, I was excited to learn that Andreea’s brand, DRESS UP LOVE, was among the designers. I got even more excited when I saw the fabulous Charis Michelsen among the models walking for the brand.
DRESS UP LOVE from Beverly Hills by designer Andreea Serban is definitely a brand you should keep both eyes on. In September, the brand had its debut at Milan Fashion Week 2025. The LUMIERE on October 18, 2025, was the brand’s first U.S. runway presentation.
The next day, I bumped into Andreea and her twin sister, Aleena, on a street in Beverly Hills. She was excited about her fashion book.

Carolina is one of those “Young Hollywood” personality whose smile and joyful attitude are contagious. We met at a Monique Woolley Foundation event honoring our Beverly Hills First Responders. She was one of the musical entertainers. She killed it. Her performance was stammeringly enjoyable. Afterwards, her interview with ROGEE BEVERLY HILLS MAGAZINE was fun and on point.
Since then, I’ve seen Carolina at fashion shows, red carpets, and parties around Hollywood. Watching her in action, you’ll see that she has great interactions with interviewers and amicable relationships with other artists and models. The next few pages of this ROGEE MAGAZINE issue are dedicated to Caroline de Athey.

When you meet Arthur AJ Chipman in person, you quickly get the “Tall, Dark, and Handsome” and “Immaculately Dressed” thing out of the way. Then you will notice that his soft-spoken European accent is packaged in a commanding voice. He’s very impressive.
For me, Arthur is even more impressive on paper, and here’s what that looks like: considered a trailblazer in the realm of events production, Arthur has been the driving force behind major events that touched the entire world during their occurrence, including the grand stages of The Olympics, the arenas of COP28, and a list of runways of international Fashion weeks. Now, that’s impressive!
I see Arthur around town Beverly Hills and we chitchat a couple of times here and there; so I decided to feature him here. If you already know him, cool; but if you don’t: This is Arthur AJ Chipman.

It was in September 2023 that I first met Norma, at the luxurious rooftop restaurant at the prestigious Beverly Hilton hotel during the monthly Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce Business Networking Breakfast. She was dressed in fancy all-green, including opulent green contacts. She looked like a Beverly Hills movie star.
I quickly picked up her compassion for people as I saw the way she lovingly interacted with the other business owners. I witnessed her enjoyment of life (always laughing, I now call her “the laughing Realtor”); and I realized her advanced knowledge in Real Estate.
Norma is currently the CEO & Broker of Voelkel & Associates (a Real Estate firm); and the CEO & Broker of Pesifa Home Loans (a Mortgage company); both located in Beverly Hills, California.
Norma and I have become good friends and have produced some great videos and presentations on Real Estate in Beverly Hills.

I think of myself as a very spontaneous guy, and many of my friends compliment me on being always available and free-spirited. However, I think, I may have met my match in Richard Ryan.
Actor, Producer, Writer, and Director, Richard Ryan has produced about 18 short films and 2 feature films. The other day, Richard and I met to film an episode of AROUND TOWN BEVERLY HILLS. As two spontaneous souls, we not only walked around Beverly Hills, we ended up at a Halloween party in Northridge. In fact, Richard continued to another party in Culver City as I stayed back in Beverly Hills to edit this very ROGEE magazine issue you are now reading.
As an indie producer, Richard is doing great work at advancing the concepts of self-producing, -funding, and -distributing. There will always be conglomerates in Hollywood. Historically, the projects that shape Hollywood come from indie thinkers like Richard.

In 2016, Ringo Starr, drummer for The Beatles, donated the giant stainless steel PEACE & LOVE sign to the City of Beverly Hills. It is located at the corner of Canon Drive and N Santa Monica Blvd.
The PEACE & LOVE sign in Beverly Hills 90210 is a favorite tourist attraction where every day, many people, tourists and locals, stop by to take photos with the sign.
The luxurious layout of this ROGEE magazine is a new design that I created in September 2025. It came about when my friend, Charis Michelsen, expressed concerns about the collage methods I was using. I promised a layout fit for couture. This was the result.
