Event Marketing Proposal


Proposed Tactics Event-Specific Website -Landing page with link-outs to Eventbrite registration & Hotel booking link. Social Media Management -Creation of custom audience using YPC Media’s insurance agent contact database. -Sponsored Ad with lead generation focus redirecting to landing page/website. Email Campaign -Utilize mass email distribution system to all YPC Media insurance agent contacts in addition to Trophy Club & SWAT database.

Title Sponsorship YPC Media will promote the Full House seminar in addition to donating $10,000 in exchange for prime brand placement and promotion of YPC’s marketing solutions & expertise in the insurance industry. YPC Media will also host a cocktail reception for Full House seminar attendees.


Proposed Timeline 2019 April - Email #1 ‘Save the Date’ information including conference details & hotel information; design & launch website / landing page; create Facebook event page & link to website. May- Continue targeted social media management campaign with custom audience. June- Send email campaign reminder #2 to database with call to action to reserve before hotel is fully booked. July- Enhance social media advertisement with :15 second video promo’s; tease agenda topics; commence digital AdWords campaign. August- Continue social media advertisement with :15 second video promo’s; tease agenda topics; reminder email campaign #3. September- Final push with release of official agenda; invitation to cocktail reception; release second series of :15 video promo. October- Final reminder email campaign with follow-ups 10, 7, and 3-days out from seminar with hotel information, local places of interest, directions from airport, etc.
