Botany Lab

Class topics vary. On October 3, discover the ins and outs of certain fall favorites. On December 15, figure out the mystery behind why evergreens are forever green, and plant a pine tree. December 28, focus on how plants improve indoor air quality by creating your own indoor garden. On January 19, learn all about Epiphytes–amazing plants that grow without soil! On February 15, learn how chocolate is made, and meet the tree that makes it all possible. You might even do some taste testing! March 9, celebrate the start of tropical fruiting time and plant your own fruit-bearing tree. March 23, create tropical works of art to take home! All children must be accompanied by an adult. One adult admission is included with program fee. N16
