As part of our 10 year anniversary in 2016, we launched a number of Special Anniversary models, offering unrivalled value for money.

Both models feature a split shaft design with a robust aluminium coupling for easy storage and transportation.

Reliable Engine

The 25C-SP and 26L-SP feature a loop handle for ease of use in trimming or edging positions. The 26L-SP also features a ‘J’ bar to protect the user when the 3 tooth blade is fitted.

The MITOX® engine features a primer bulb and choke for a simple starting procedure. Simply press the primer 7 times, turn the choke on and pull the recoil. Once the engine fires, turn off the choke and pull the recoil again to start the engine.

Hedge trimmer Attachment

These attachments include a bump feed twin cord nylon cutter head for trimming and cutting grass and light material with ease, and a heavy duty 3 tooth tri-blade on selected models, for use in heavier growth and light brush material.

The hedge trimmer attachments offer versatility when trimming and cutting hedges of all shapes and sizes. All models feature blade articulation, which enables the cutting of low hedges and hedge sides, while the added reach allows for the easy maintenance of higher hedge tops, without the need for a ladder.

Powered Pruner Attachment

Extension Shaft

The pruner attachments are essentially extended chainsaws with a 10â&#x20AC;? cutter bar and chain. Perfect for pruning tree branches and with the addition of the extension shaft (excludes SP), even the highest branches are within reach. The 28MT includes our ADVANCED pruner attachment which features an innovative adjustable 7 position articulation, to make pruning even safer and easier.

The extension shaft is recommended for use with the powered pruner and hedge trimmer attachment and adds an additional 1 metre of reach, making even the highest branches safe and easy to maintain, (excludes SP).

Mitox® horizontal wood splitters can accept logs up to 370 / 520mm in length. However when working with shorter logs, Quicksplit saves time by allowing adjustment of the pushblock start position, for a faster stroke.

The included frame on the 66LSH provides a stable platform, whilst elevating the wood splitter to a more comfortable working position. The large transport wheels make moving the splitter easy.

All Mitox® wood splitters feature long 5 metre power cables as standard, giving more flexibility to find the perfect working position - even if it isn’t right next to the power outlet.

Well Balanced

Safe Operation

The wide log cradle allows you to easily place logs to be split, holding them in place on the splitting beam. Safety is increased as the operator does not need to hold the log in place as it is split.

The two handed operation with handguard prevents the possibility of the operator’s hands being pinched by the splitter. As soon as the switch is released, the pushblock returns to its start position.

Safety Cage Both Mitox® horizontal log splitters are supplied with a safety cage which can be fitted to the log splitter to ensure that the wood splitting area remains isolated and to prevent the log leaving the the machine and causing a potential injury during the splitting process

Easy Transport The large transport wheels enable the splitters to be effortlessly moved. Work is more efficient when the splitter is moved closer to the woodpile, saving time and effort when splitting larger quantities of wood.

Compact and powerful homeowner wood splitter The 41LSH is the new entry level model in the wood splitter range but still possesses sufficient power for most domestic wood splittig tasks. The 1500W electric motor provides up to 4 tonnes of splitting force whilst the frame allows logs up to 370mm and 250mm wide to be split in seconds with minimal effort - simply depress the two control switches and the reinforced pushblock drives the log into the fixed splitting wedge, slicing it neatly in two. Toothed Log Grippers

The splitting table can be adjusted through 3 positions, depending on the size of wood being split, up to a max length of 1040mm or 1060mm. (Only available on LS700BS)

Logs are firmly held in place by the toothed grippers, built into the handguards. Simply grip the logs in place, then depress the two control handles.

DID YOU KNOW 80% OF ENGINE PROBLEMS ARE RELATED TO BAD FUEL? Mitox® recommends the use of B3C fuel solutions to protect your engine from the harmful effects of ethanol in modern fuel. B3C allows you to TEST your fuel, FIX poor running engines and PREVENT issues from reoccuring.

WHY DO I NEED TO PROTECT MY ENGINE FROM FUEL? Currently in the UK, petrol can contain between 5 - 10% ethanol. High amounts of oxygen in ethanol blended fuels cause the petrol to decay faster. Petrol powered equipment, not treated with an ethanol fuel stabiliser, will become hard to start within 30 days and the petrol begins to decay in as little as 60 days. (Note: This process begins from blending at the refinery, prior to you purchasing the fuel from the forecourt.) The ethanol in the fuel attracts water, (present in the air, in your fuel tank and storage can, etc). They bond to form a highly corrosive mixture, which can have devastating effects on your engine. We recommend the use of Ethanol Shield fuel stabiliser, which should be added to petrol as soon as it is purchased. It is highly concentrated, so only requires 8ml (approximately 2 capfulls) per 5ltrs of petrol. Mixed fuel in the engine and storage containers can then be stored for up to 12 months. For the ultimate protection for your machine, we also recommend adding a Gas Tank Shield to your fuel storage container and/or tractor’s fuel tank. This molecular sieve attracts and absorbs water in the fuel and helps to prevent fuel decay. After any machine has been stored for a prolonged period of time (over the Winter for example), we recommend the use of Mechanic In A Bottle. This product will help ensure your machinery starts easily and runs smoothly. Petrol Test Swabs Application: A simple swab test that takes just a few minutes, to give an indication as to the condition of fuel, be it Fresh, Marginal, or Bad.

Mechanic In A Bottle Application: Suitable for both 2 & 4-stroke engines. It is designed to combat fuel related issues on poor or nonrunning engines, by revitalising stale fuel, removing water, cleaning carbs and injectors, etc, without the need to disassemble the machine. It is also recommended to be run in machinery, during its first use after being stored for an extended period. (Use poor running dosage). Note: Doesn’t fix broken!

Ethanol Shield Application: Prevent future engine problems with Ethanol Shield. This year round fuel stabiliser is suitable for power equipment with either 2 or 4-stroke engines. The preventative maintenance formula eliminates then prevents ethanol related problems. It removes water, prevents corrosion, reduces engine temperatures, provides easy engine starting all year, keeps stored fuel fresh and extends engine life. Note: This is not a replacement for 2-stroke oil!
