WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After you complete your subscription order, we will send you a confirmation via email. Please be sure to include or update your email address on your order form.

After renewing-subscriber seating is completed in mid-May, your order will be filled in the order it was received. We will make every effort to accommodate your seating request.

New full series Philharmonics A and Pops X subscribers receive priority over half series and mini package patrons. You will receive a notification from us via e-mail in mid-May to confirm your seating location.

If you are adding on tickets to your package, we will seat them in mid-May after all subscriber packages have been seated.

Subscribers may exchange their tickets beginning with Subscriber Exchange Week in July, before tickets go on sale to the general public, and at any time after that point.

Tickets can be exchanged online, by phone, or by mail. We’ll send you a reminder and instructions in advance.

In early August, you will receive your season and add-on tickets, along with a helpful subscriber guide.

Satisfaction guaranteed! Ticket refunds, less handling fees, are available up to the first performance date in your ticket package.
