CHINA is a photo journal assembled by eleven students in their final year of the graduate architecture program at the University of Michigan, Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning, under the direction of studio professor Lars Gräbner in the Fall of 2014.
The work is the result of a twelve day studio visit to Beijing and Zhengzhou, Henan Province China. Each student chose a category of particular interest and assembled a collection of images that create a narrative of Chinese culture and traditions, as well as the individual experiences of the time spent in China.
