Graduates are prepared for careers in a variety of applications areas such as systems development, information systems management, information technology (IT) consulting, project management, software quality management, database management, security and business process design. Overview
Structure, Schedule and Location The one-year cohort program comprises 30 credit hours (nine courses at three credits each) and a field study course (three credits). The cohort meets every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 to 9:45 p.m. at Georgia State’s Buckhead Center in Atlanta.

The master of science in information systems and audit control program delivers professionals who have a broad understanding of enterprisewide approaches for managing expanding risk exposure and complying with current and emerging regulations and practices. Graduates acquire knowledge in IT auditing, information security and IT risk. The program also meets the requirements for the Certified Information Systems Auditor certification administered by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and tuition covers individual membership in the ISACA.

This program is a one-year cohort program and enrolls in the fall semester only.
Tuition: $37,500
Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. Professional experience is not required. Applicants are required to complete Principles of Accounting I and II prior to admission. Admitted students will be required to complete online courses on systems analysis and database management.
Tuition and Fees $250 deposit due upon enrollment
