Wehave3monthsuntilwecome together for our 58th family reunion,andwecan’twaittosee youall. We’vebeenbusyputting everything in place for you here in the DMV, and we’re anticipatingafun-filledweekend.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our very 1st Double Good Popcorn fundraiser. Our top two family members who raised the most money was Cheryl Haynie with $1112, and Renee Jackson with $922 in sales and donations (see results for each branch below). Due to your efforts, I was able to reserve a 56-passenger bus to provide transportation for the tour. Currently, 66 family
membershaveexpressedinterest in attending the tour. Although I cannot guarantee seating for everyone, those who requested tickets early will have priority seating. I will reach out to everyone individually with updates).Ticketsforthemuseum will be available for everyone whohasexpressedinterest.

Weekend Highlights
We’ve got an exciting fun-filled weekend planned that combines food, fun, and family love with a touch of history and culture from the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) area.
We’re kicking off the weekend with a historical tour in Washington, D.C., including stops at the African American Museum, the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, and the Lincoln Memorial (time permitting). NEXT UP, our annual family fish fry!!
