Job losses loom for Mount Carmel staff Some posts at hospital are at risk after January 31, says SIPTU

SOME staff at Mount Carmel Hospital may lose their jobs after January 31, according to SIPTU. Provisional liquidators
RSM Farrell Grant Sparks were appointed following a request by Mount Carmel Medical Group Ltd’s directors on January 24. SIPTU organiser Kevin Figgis attended a meeting

[January 31].” A liquidators spokesperson said the hospital would care for all current patients, with the last elective surgery to take place on January 31. Full Story on Page 4
