Mr. Olita was a pleasure to work with from the start to the finish of my *first time* home buying experience. To start, he showed an unmatchable expertise of the north shore of Long Island’s real estate market and helped me narrow down my initially wide range of towns to two or three. While I know he is typically known for higher profile homes with several more 0’s after the dollar sign than mine, that should not detract any speculative buyers or sellers from reaching out to him for more entry level homes. He walked me, a novice first time home buyer, through the entire process and educated me on the residential real estate market. 10/10 process and professionalism. Would highly recommend him to anybody at any price point. Fantastic agent. I will undoubtedly be engaging him once again for my next transaction.
