Reuse The Tower
Prósopsis
“The Wall redifines the relationship between the Tower and the
observer”
The etymology of the greek word prosopon (person), derives from the world of theatre, but alludes to what you see of someone in front of you, in greek ‚pros-opsis’, which means, in front of our gaze. The project intercepts the visitor’s gaze and interposes itself between the natural elements that affect the site. the wall divides and creates connections, it acts as a barrier protecting the tower from the action of the sea.

Public Library
“The position of the three blocks was the result of a study aimed at creating a relationship with the context”
The “Tirana Masteplan” project is located within a very dense and built context.
The first step in studying the area was to carry out a careful analysis of what already existed: by studying the urban conformation of the different neighborhoods present in Tirana, a repeated conformation of the lots was identified; in fact, the internal chaos of each of them corresponds to a sort of perimeter “wall”, which makes the view of what is hidden inside almost impenetrable. This way of perceiving the city will allow the creation of an emptied and reordered space inside, maintaining the typical appearance of the neighborhood towards the external façade

“Create a large covered square on the ground floor and an intimate garden on the second floor”
the redevelopment project involves the connection of separate buildings into a single, harmonious structure, developed around a new office concept.
this connection not only physically unites the different functions such as offices, auditorium and canteen, but also creates a bridge between functionality and beauty, reflecting the company's innovative approach.

Least Common Multiple
“An opened common place to create sociality”
why LEAST?
The module is self-sufficient, can be installed independently, and works on its own.
why COMMON?
The potential of LCM increases when it is aggregated with other modules and shared part of it with others.
why MULTIPLE?
the modular and aggregative nature of LCM allows for infinite combinations.

Intermodal Hub
Attra/Verso
"The heap the sea nature the trees, architecture the trampoline rooted in the ground and in dialogue with the sky."
Reconnecting the territory not only in its urban macro-systems but also in its infrastructures. The intermodal HUB not only acts as a mere link between the railway station and the underground station, but becomes a fulcrum node within the territory. The power of excavation and the relationship with the underground becomes a generating element of the new underground square within the linear park.
