Dear Comrades As we start a new year there is much to do at the post.. I will be asking for your help and I hope you come forward. You will receive a flyer of scheduled events for 2014, please do not throw it away. Put it where you can keep track of the dates. We have two events we could use your help on: Work for or donate to the election campaign for John Land for Mayor. We need him back. He is a veteran and member of our post. He is very supportive of our efforts. If you can help, call me at 407 461-2078. We are having a fund raiser for the Mayor on January 21, 2014. Please plan to attend. Secondly, we are having a Dinner/Dance featuring the Central Florida Rat Pack on April 26, 2014. We hope to sell 400-500 tickets. This will provide funds to help our veterans and the community. There is a flyer in this newsletter. In closing please pray for our service men and women to come home safely to their families. United we stand and God bless America. Your Commander
