Robert Finch is an experienced professional whose career reflects leadership in healthcare administration, public service, and organizational development. Over the years, he has gained more than fifteen years of executive experience in the healthcare field. His work has focused on strengthening workforce management, improving organizational performance, and supporting systems that allow healthcare institutions to serve patients and communities more effectively. Faith has played an important role in Finch’s life from an early age. He joined Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Stephens, Georgia, when he was nine years old and later became an ordained deacon in 1988. After relocating to Jacksonville, Florida, in 1996, he continued his church service through the deacon ministry at Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church. His commitment to ministry continued to grow as he became more involved in leadership and community service. In 2009, Finch accepted his call to preach the Gospel. Under the mentorship of Rev. Abraham Mosley of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, he served as an associate pastor and developed his pastoral leadership skills. His ministry later expanded when he accepted the call to lead Billups Grove Baptist Church in Athens, Georgia, on October 12, 2019. In this role, he supports spiritual growth and community outreach. Within healthcare leadership, Finch served as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Georgia. There, he managed departments responsible for recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. His leadership focused on improving internal processes and supporting employees in a demanding healthcare environment. Robert Finch also served as Interim Executive Director at Mercy Health Center in Athens, Georgia, where he guided strategic planning, donor relations, and administrative operations.
