Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations received in writing at the Congress office 30 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a handling fee of $110 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress office. If this event is cancelled delegates may receive a partial refund of their fully paid registration fees.
