SQUADRON FACILITIES: KAWAU ISLAND

In addition to our excellent facilities at the Westhaven Marina, the RNZYS has a number of facilities and services available for Squadron members to enjoy at Kawau Island, both in club-organised annual events and for their pleasure.

Lidgard House

This property is a gracious stylishly renovated three-bedroom house available to rent to Squadron Members. Located in the idyllic Smelting House Bay, Bon Accord Harbour, it can be accessed via its own jetty via ferry or via your own vessel which can be secured to its private moorings.

It is newly refurbished and has one queen bed and six single beds in the three upstairs bedrooms sleeping a maximum of eight. The house has Freeview TV, a wood burner fire, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All linen and towels are provided.

The outdoor area boasts a large sun-drenched deck overlooking the bay with a BBQ ready to entertain, as well as ample furniture to relax on.

The house can be booked by Squadron members throughout the year by phoning the RNZYS Reception on (09) 360 6800 or by email: reception@rnzys.org.nz or view more information on our website: www.rnzys.org.nz/the-squadron/lidgard-house/
