The simple act of highlighting a corner with plantings presents an admirer with a visual gift from a sheltered position in a front yard. The corner provides an out of the way place, a shelter from circulatory routes and potential damage. The corner through offering a refuge for everyday objects such as garden pots, creates the possibility of kindness to occur with in the city.

The recesses of a street faรงade to ornately house the external service points of a dwelling present the admirer with an ensemble of sheltered protectorates. The protectorates kindly shelter the points from possible harm of passing traffic. The service points are conceived as an offering from the inside to the outside, a gift to the street and to the admirer who cares to notice.
