Sue Goodrich, vice president of sales and marketing for Cachet Homes, said that buyers looking for this type of housing are often busy professionals who just want to relax when they’re home. “In addition, we see a lot of move-down buyers who want to travel and come and go without the worry of exterior maintenance,� she said. “They also love having a pool area to socialize with their neighbors and they like having friends to hang out with when they’re home.�
