he National Association of Realtors estimates that 10 percent of prospective Millennial homebuyers (those born in 1982 or later) will opt for condominium living in 2016 — and a signiÿcant percentage of those will choose a suburban setting rather than the core of a city.

According to representatives of condo developments, the primary reasons are these: (1) suburban condominium communities resemble resort living and (2) a condo is a lot easier to maintain than a single-family home.
