This two-phase tenant improvement project downsized & optimized the client’s space. Phase one refreshed finishes; phase two added a training room and meeting spaces. The project ensured quick reoccupation and strategic square footage utilization.
The phased remodel included the showroom, service drive, shop, and delivery areas. Temporary accommodations ensured business continuity. New EV charging systems, hospitality areas, and expanded service advisor space exceeded BMW’s DID standards.
The remodel included private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and a lounge area. Enhancements featured updated lighting, refined wall finishes, and new flooring, creating a modern, functional workspace tailored to the client’s needs.
The build-out included an office space and a warehouse/ manufacturing facility. RJM partnered with Caribou, CBRE, and the design team to create an adaptable space for rapid prototyping and manufacturing. Careful planning ensured the project was completed on time in 10 weeks.
