CSG UK B2B We believe that ordering parts and accessories is, in some respects, a very different process to ordering bikes and have therefore tailored our B2B site to reflect this. While browsing the site you can choose to shop by brand or product type and should find the product you require with just 3 or 4 mouse clicks. If you use an EPOS system which includes our product codes then ordering is made even easier through our quick entry form, where you can paste in product codes and specify a quantity with items being added directly to your basket. While an item is in your CSG B2B basket, that stock is allocated to your account, so you will never miss out. These allocated baskets last for 3 days. Don’t worry though, if you haven’t checked out before the basket closes you can always have telesales complete it for you. We also provide back order and account credit information online, which is exactly the same as our staff use so you always have access to the most up to date information.
