Considerations and Planning
Looking at all of these maps even without analysis, it is easy to see that any development at the site (Housing, Restrooms, Processing, Storage) should occur on the Hagerstown B soil.
Using the area N/NE of Jakob Ln allows us to utilize land that is currently fallow.
Proximity to Jakob Ln, E Aaron Dr, and Big Hollow road allow for easy vehicle access.

Approximately 15.5 acres located off the Jakob Ln access road
Housing, Equipment Storage, Restroom/Shower Facilities
Student, Faculty, Staff Parking Lot?
Visitor Parking: ~ 8.15 acres
Located on south side of property
Adjacent to Elyse Ln access road, Clinton Ave, and Bellefonte Center Rail Trail
Provide parking for Farm Visitors without taking up space in the other parking lot
Also provides parking for Rail Trail Users
Talk to the Borough about possible cost-share?
Possibly build a trail/small road from visitor lot to improve visitor access and handicap accessibility
