The Camp Pee Dee Administrative Committee’s (CPDAC) charge is to bring a recommendation to NHP regarding the assets, including property, of Camp Pee Dee that will enhance, to the fullest extent, NHP’s ministry and mission and then implement the action. The CPDAC also has been granted authority for full oversight of the camp property.

Mr. Dwight Stewart, Jr. and Associates from Manning continues to be our realtor for the sale of the property.

The buyer who earlier offered $1.4 million is still trying to secure financing. Mr. Stewart, our realtor, continues to show the property and has had some interest; however, no further offers at this time.

Andrew McLeod, Attorney, continues efforts to settle a Summons from Mr. Larry Douglas Blackmon VS New Harmony Presbytery concerning the alleged unlawful cutting of timber on his property in 2018.

The CPDAC continues to oversee upkeep of the facilities and property.
