The development philosophy of Vida Residence draws inspiration from the Javanese philosophy known as "Tri Hita Karana." We understand that the success of a development is not solely dependent on physical and material aspects but must also encompass a balance between human-to-human, human-to-nature, and human-to-the divine relationships
In constructing Vida Residence, we uphold and maintain harmony with nature through designs that maximize the use of natural resources while minimizing negative impacts We strive to build harmonious relationships with residents and the surrounding community by creating a living environment that is healthy, comfortable, and conducive to quality social life
Moreover, we place great importance on spiritual values and ethics throughout the development process, as an expression of gratitude and devotion to the divine By adhering to the principles of "Tri Hita Karana" in every aspect of development, we aspire for Vida Residence to reflect harmony and sustainability, making a positive contribution to the well-being of its residents and the surrounding environment

Yugata no umi, or "Waves of the Evening Sea," is a captivating and innovative concept in the design and construction of a sports complex. The architectural masterpiece draws inspiration from the serene beauty of ocean waves during the evening hours, capturing the essence of calmness and tranquility The building's exterior facade resembles the graceful and rhythmic motion of ocean waves, combining hues of orange, brown, and burnt orange, mirroring the vibrant colors of the sea during sunset
As the sun sets, the structure comes to life, reflecting the captivating hues of the evening sky, creating a visually stunning spectacle that harmoniously blends with its natural surroundings The warm, earthy tones of orange and brown evoke a sense of comfort and coziness, inviting visitors to enter and explore this unique sports complex
Embracing the principles of Japanese minimalism, the interior of Yugata no umi incorporates a harmonious balance between simplicity and functionality The design showcases the elegant use of wood and natural stone, further emphasizing the connection to nature Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a spacious and open layout that promotes a sense of serenity and relaxation
The Fortress House is a minimalist modern dwelling designed to be a sanctuary for its residents – a doctor, a lawyer, and a streamer. It caters to their specific needs, with personalized office spaces, a chef's delight kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and a state-of-the-art entertainment room The house promotes relaxation and rejuvenation, allowing its occupants to find solace after a long day's work It also incorporates sustainable features such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems Overall, The Fortress House is a haven that supports its residents' well-being and professional demands.
