In different Centers of the South Zone the last March 2 of this year the Social Balanced lived, the recognition to UNAD's Talent and the Possession of the Rector Dr. Jaime Alberto Leal Afanador for the period 2011-2015, with the participation of representatives of governmental and nongovernmental organizations, students, graduates, staff and the productive sector, all gathered to attend three important events: First, the Social Balance 2010 leaves satisfactory results in terms of coverage, academia, research, regional development and community outreach , attention to vulnerable population, technological advances, quality and internationalization recertification to reflect the reason for our university . The UNAD, created by and for the Colombian, develops through the Continuing Education System opportunities for people looking for their academic, professional and intellectual growth; therefore, the second act "Successful Experiences" space created for people like Jose Luis Montaño, who received the UNAD's Talent Recognition as an example of life, who went to be from a cane cutter to become an Unadista qualified professional.
Like him, today thousands of Colombians are generating development in many regions of the country, it is the case of the graduate of CEAD Ibague, Miguel Angel Prado Parra, Systems Engineer, Manager and shareholder of his own company "SYSCAFE", who accompanied us in the event and shared a slogan for their expertise: "A graduation project, a life project."

The last act, the Possession of Rector Dr. Jaime Alberto Leal Afanador, for the period 2011-2015, inspirational leader of the educational project with a broad résumé, his knowledge, experience and social – communitarian sense has given life, soul and heart to a dream: to leave our future generations a new country, with high values, social equity and quality of life, no easy task but at this moment thanks to his management and commitment, has established with the support of a team that each day grows and multiplies throughout the country, which means that the UNAD continues with more strength for this new period with strategic alliances that contribute to the recovery of the social tissue.

From the Psychosocial Care Center CAP of UNAD, CEAD Ibague, is providing advice to the mayor of Ibague and the National Police in psychosocial care to the residents of San José neighborhood, through the project REBUILDING SOCIAL TISSUE FOR A BETTER FUTURE . This advice is in its early stage, within which an intervention was participatory and designed a proposal to work with the community. Pág. 18

I was born on a farm in Villarrica in Tolima Department on 21 September 1968. I was the son of Miguel Prado and Georgina Parra. My mother became a widow with 8 children but she and my father established common-law marriage. They give birth to their only child, who was registered under the name Miguel Angel Prado Parra. Due to life circumstances, I was separated from my mother and I just lived with my father. Loneliness, lack of maternal love and the rejection of my school partners made some attempts to write poems were born during my undergraduate studies such as "The thoughtful child," "For You", "Slave" and "For you good mother! Which one of its stanzas says Pág. 35

The Open and Distance National University CERES Libano, held the Journalist´s Day, inferring a special tribute to all Journalists, Social C o m m u n i c a t o r s a n d Commentators of the Municipality through the workshop "Assertive Communication of Effective Te c h n i q u e s " d i r e c t e d b y psychologist Martha Leidy Arias Bravo, tutor of the ECSAH from Psychology Program. It is worth remembering that the Journalist´s Day was born in February 9 of 1791, with the appearance of the first newspaper in the Colombian capital, which was headed by the Cuban Manuel del Socorro Rodríguez de la Victoria.
