Process:

4. After verification, you have to pay 6000 rupees to create an IRCTC ID. 5. After OTP and video verification, Digital Certificate could be created.

6. Then IRCTC will send you a USB Digital Certificate at your address.

7. Upon receiving the USB Dongle, your IRCTC ID will be created.

8. Now you will become an authorized IRCTC railway ticket agent who can book tickets online for their clients.



Required Documents:

There are several things you need to submit during the procedure. Some of your IDs and forms.

1. Pan Card 2. Aadhar Card (With the updated mobile number and email address) 3. Office Address Proof 4. Residential Address Proof duly attested by Gazetted Officer or Bank Manager. Other supportive address proof, Driving License, Ration Card, Voter ID, Passport, Utility Bills such as Gas, Electricity, Water. Latest Bank Statement, Property Tax, Service Tax. 5. Mobile Number (Never registered before in IRCTC) 6. Email Address (Never registered before in IRCTC) 7. Declaration Form 8. Registration Form 9. Passport size scanned photo (Photo must be clear).

10. Digital Signature Form.

You have to send scanned copies of every document. Some additional things you should have to maintain,   

You must have Cash, Net banking and credit card facilities.

You should have a computer or laptop and a printer.

You must have a proper internet connection.

After being an authorized IRCTC agent you can also get some complimentary services with the account, like Flight booking for both domestic and international, can and bus booking, hotel booking, Tour and holiday package, money transfer, Mobile and DTH recharge 

Charges:

Generally, IRCTC license fee rupees is somewhere 8000 that too with single-year legality.

All agents will pay a one-time fee, rs.3000 with service tax and rs.20000 refundable deposit. 

Commission:

As an IRCTC agent, you will get Rs 20 for each PNR in non AC Class and Rs 40 for every PNR if there should come up an occurrence of AC Classes, you will earn 1% of business sum for an incentive above Rs 2000 and 0.75% of exchange sum for an incentive up to Rs 2000 as an installment door payments.
