YSA Architecture design concepts entail a fee payable to VRM Companies.

Final design must be submitted to VRM Companies for approval. Design should comply with developer requirements to maintain a consistent look and preserve Riviera Reserve’s esthetic. Contractor must have proven experience in custom home construction and be approved

by VRM Companies. The homeowner is solely responsible for the contractor’s work. VRM Companies will coordinate construction logistics, including contractor and employee parking, vehicle entry/exit, and reserves the right to inspect the project at any time. **
