MILA Omakase is a 10-seat enclosed space offering an exclusive and authentic journey to the far East.
Japanese offerings meet the Mediterranean influeneces of 26-Michelin Star Chef Michaël Michaelidis and the techniques of Chef Yoshizawa.
The intimate, ultra luxurious, transformative space features a massive overhanging cherry blossom tree and a wall comprised of personalized chopsticks for our MM Members.
The ever-changing dishes are created in accordance with the 72 micro-seasons of Japan. Guests can expect superior offerings
and ingredients such as line-caught fish flown in daily, harvested local vegetables, innovative condiments, sea urchin from Hokkaido, and sustainable bluefin tuna from Baja.
Vegan Omakase - Every last Wednesday of the month Revolving around Japan’s 72 microseasons, the intimate 15-course, 10 seat vegan omakase journey invites guests to relish in the season’s freshest flavors with a JapaneseMediterranean twist. Our completely plantbased menu will offer guests of all diet types a remarkable experience with bold and innovative takes on traditional classics, all while maintaining the sacredness of a true omakase.

CHEFS BEHIND THE CONCEPT
Michelin Star Chef, Chef Michaelidis, joined Riviera Dining Group as a Head of Culinary in 2021. Chef Michaël Michaelidis oversees all culinary directions and menu creations.
Boasting background in refined dining with French and Greek roots, Chef Michaelidis joins the Group after working for 12 years with the Robuchon Group where he earned
7 Michelin Stars for a total of 26 Michelin stars spanning from his career in Cannes, Monaco, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.
Chef Michaelidis’ impressive track record and background will allow RDG to elevate the culinary standards and achieve a brand-new level of gastronomic excellence across all the Group’s brands.
Chef Reiji Yoshizawa
Chef Reiji is half Filipino-half Japanese. Born in the U.S/ Island Saipan, he grew up in Manila, Philippines.
Throughout his 12 years of experience as a chef, Chef Reiji worked with various cuisines such as French, Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese, and Asian.
Chef Reiji joined Chef Michaël Michaelidis and RDG to open MILA Omakase in the end of 2022, as Omakase Chef, with the goal to reach the stars.

Photo and Video Shoot
A dedicated photo and video shoot is conducted prior to the dinner to capture stunning visuals that showcase the entire dining experience.

During the shoot, we will photograph a selection of the bautifully presented dishes that will be served during the dinner.

Finally, we will conduct an engaging interview with the guest Chef, providing insights into their culinary backgorund, inspirations, and their experience collaborating with the MILA Omakase team.
Our guest Chefs will have the opportunity to host a two-night exclusive dining experience with a carefully curated menu, showcasing the culinary talents of MILA Omakase’s resident Chefs alongside the guest Chef.
