A record crowd of approx imately 175 deer hunters, spouses, children and friends congregated at Redfern Hall on Saturday evening, Dec. 7. The attraction was the 23rd annual Trophy Buck Night, hosted by R ivers and Area Game and Fish Association. Seventy quality deer heads were entered, measured and recorded by Shawn Airey, Lance Anderson, Layne Anderson, Richie Joynt, Kelvin Lamb and Dan Wilson. The hunter with the highest score in each of the 12 categories was awarded a beautiful engraved trophy.
