T he 20 21 Ba s eba l l Manitoba award winners were announced in late October, 2021. Over 45 individuals were nominated for 14 categories, and winners were chosen through an Awards Committee. Local Payton McNish won Female Player of the Year. Payton plays Minor Ball with the Rivers Comets and made the Midwest Region A A A team this past season; she spends the majority of her time on the mound or at 1st and 3rd base. She was nominated for the award by her coach Ryan Lamb.
