Banner Staff Rivers Banner On Friday Mar. 25 the Rivers Daly Fire Department cordoned off a section of town from 2nd Avenue to 4th Avenue and Highway 250 up to Columbia street following a gas line breach. The four-inch gas line burst during maintenance and clearing of a street drain. It was an unexpected situation to say the least for many residents who were required to be evacuated. Residents of the closed section of the town were directed to the Riverdale
