Tembo Health offers 24/7 urgent care with licensed ER doctors available through telemedicine, providing our residents with convenient access to medical support at any time of day or night. By subscribing to this service, we've helped reduce unnecessary ER visits and ensured that residents' healthcare questions are answered promptly, offering peace of mind for their well-being.
We are committed to using technology to lead the way in senior living. By embracing automation and modern tools, we enhance both the staff and resident experience, making everyday life more efficient, comfortable, and enjoyable. Our technological innovations are a key part of our commitment to staying ahead of the curve for the next generation of older adults
We are proud to offer new Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) and Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) programs designed to develop the leaders of tomorrow. By investing in the education of our staff through educational reimbursements and opportunities like conferences and the LeadingAge Network, we ensure that our team is well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
