TERMS OF TRADING
Wholegoods/Machinery: Payment is due on or before delivery unless specifically agreed otherwise. Note: Risk to the goods passes on delivery, but title does not pass until payment has been made in full.
Parts/Service: These invoices are due for payment on the 20th of the month following invoice date. If payment is not received by that date, an OVERDUE CHARGE of 3% on the outstanding balance will be added to the following months statement. Parts invoices only, also carry a 6% CREDIT CHARGE, clearly shown, which may be deducted for prompt payment before the due date.
In the event of a late or non-payment: We will send out a REMINDER if the payment is late, warning that if payment is still not received within 7 days, the account will be put on STOP.
If payment is still not received within a further 7 days, we will send out a FINAL NOTICE warning of COURT PROCEEDINGS
Note that we reserve the right to CLOSE an account if these terms are not adhered to.
