Coated webbing is polyester webbing with a pvc coating. This combination gives you the high break strength of traditional webbing with the advantage of an easily washable and durable exterior. The coating is a matte finish that comes in a large variety of colors and is UV printable for custom embelishments and patterns.

It comes in two thicknesses and multiple widths suitable for a variety of applications. This material can be attached with rivets or sewn to meet the design and strength durabilites required for your project.

Easy to clean, flexible, odorless and resistant to cold this product is the ideal solution for your pet products.

Custom jigs and equipment are a necessary part of manufacturing. With our in house maintenance team and facilities we are more than capable of keeping our equipment in working order and adapting it to fit our customers needs.

We built this custom staple machine and jig to increase effeciency for this customer. In three quick taps of the foot pedal, this collar keeper is secured with heavy duty staples. Lowering the cost for the customer and increasing our production capacity.

Here at River City, it all began with leather. We started with a simple tote bag and now have a full line of projects we manufacture, at scale, for a wide variety of customers.

LEATHER

Wet molding latigo to make square keepers.

ABOVE Our edging machine is used to take the sharp edge off of your leather straps. Available in different edge profiles to fit the look and feel required by the project.

LEFT Edges can be burnished with a waxed edge or the machine can be filled with a variety of custom colored edge paints.

UV PRINTING

The print bed is large enough to print whole hides of leather. The total run time for one pass over an entire hide is only 8 minutes! Ink is dried and cured instatnly.

UV PRINTING is a digital printing process that takes a high quality image, prints and cures it onto leather for a highly durable finish.

Your artwork can create a beautifully printed hide, ready for production. This service can be used in place of costly hot stamping or as an added design element within your product.

Printing piece work instead of larger sides is also available for use in patches, promotional applications and ready made panels. This allows for large runs with custom monogramming and personalization.

Leather hat patches are extremely popular and with the speed and precision of UV printing, we can now offer full color embelishment on an already amazing high margin product.

A white base ink can be used to print on darker materials giving a built up look.

We can apply spot gloss finish for a highly eye catching appearance.

Max print area is 48in x 96in (1219mm x 2438mm)

We have 4 hydraulic clickers ranging from an 8 ton to a 30 ton twin head press. These are used with clicker dies to precisely and effeciently cut leather and synthetic parts and pieces. We can cut by the piece or by the hour for customer owned materials.

COLLABORATION DEVELOPEMENT.

We designed a hat patch for a collaboration pitch. The logo is UV printed on suede, cut and sewn to a 6 panel dad hat.

River City Leather, a family-owned shop in Gallipolis, Ohio, manufactures leather and nylon goods in their small town that sits along the Ohio River. Aaron found leather work as a hobby while recovering from a motorcycle accident–but it quickly became more than that. After he made Erin a leather tote for her birthday, they found an overwhelming interest from their friends and community, and soon after, RCL was founded in 2011. Starting in a spare bedroom, then a shed, a small studio, a garage workshop, a retail store with a workshop and shoe repair, they now work from a 5,000 square foot manufacturing facility. With all the growth over the years in business they’ve never lost sight of their love for leather. They now have several manufacturing clients from all over North America. Their RCL private label products continue to have a beautiful timeless design, rooted in practicality and made to last.
