The area of San Cristoforo has a great potential in terms of space and location, but it lacks of services and accomodation for workers, students and young families. The project provides a link with Piazza Tirana through a boulevard, with volumes arranged on its side. Small buildings for services are designed with timber technology, reducing the impact of their construction and creating warm interiors.
Concrete technology was instead more suitable for the residential tower, where sustainable design oriented the choice of sandwitch panels, a green roof and a timber canopy to accomodate solar panels.

Ortomercato di Milano is the first wholesale market in Italy and one of the most important in Europe. Completed in 1956, it now encounters the need of a rediseign in terms of both selling units and logistics. Moreover, the vast dimensions of the site give the opportunity to design a food district that can cooperate with the market itself. This project aims to provide a new public area to the city of Milan, where Ortomercato can emerge as a new centrality. The long west side hosts both urban ac- functionality & public space
tivities and logistic spaces, in order to integrate the market in the neighbourhood. Further urban facilities are provided by the food district, mostly developed in the north side. This way, the district can benefit both from the wholesale market and the fish and meat markets on the other side of the street.
Over-Time follows the directions suggested by the landscape to combine ancient relics and contemporary spaces into an architectural system. Understanding the ancient modular grid suggested by Villa Romana di Larderia o Villa dei Mosaici archaeological site and the net of the surrounding agricultural fields, a new access to the site is provided by an organic ramp that allows to gradually discover the landscape. The main edifice emerges from the terrain as a translucent volume, with a visible structure that cantilevers over the lake. Its interaction with the ramp creates an exhibition path where the landscape becomes part of the museum itself. promenade, landscape, palimpsest
By proposing decks over the coast line, the lake tides are not seen as a limit to fight but as a characteristic to respect, developing at the same time a link between Roggiano Gravina and Località Casello thus involving the dam in the soft mobility system too. Over-Time creates a new landmark, underlining the dialogue between the archaeological site and the artificial lake, realized in the late Seventies. It models the terrain to carefully found its place in the system that regulates the context, exploring its identarian and historic characteristics to further develop the palimpsest of this site.

This project is thought for the Italian northern mountains landscape, yet this tiny house has no specific place. The heart of the concept is inspired by the short term season that involves the job of sheperds, and this house can be easily folded and transported to several locations. Solar panels included in the fixed part of the house and a water collector allow the house to be a self efficient module. The shelter is mainly thought to be used in the hot season, yet a wood heating system and insu-
lated walls are provided for this house to be occasionally used in autum. The project even provides a room to make milk related products, an extractable terrace and a net to watch the stars. This design aims to improve the working conditions of a shepherd, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the mountain environment.
