La grande passione dei coniugi Sanna, Guido e Vitalia, per i sapori della tradizione, si trasforma in impresa con l’apertura del pastificio artigiano nell’ormai lontano 1975. Da allora i dolci, la pasta e le specialità sarde, prodotte esclusivamente con le migliori materie prime della nostra terra, sono approdate sulla tavola delle tante famiglie che hanno imparato ad apprezzarne gusto e genuinità. Il passo successivo per i Sanna fu quello di deliziare i palati più esigenti con piatti cucinati secondo le ricette tramandate da madre in figlia. Dal 1981 Santa Lucia diventa ristorazione, si organizzano banchetti per cerimonie nel salone dell’omonimo convento francescano di San Gavino Monreale. Nel 1995, viene finalmente inaugurato il nuovo ristorante, dove grazie all’esperienza dei quattro figli della coppia, si possono continuare a degustare i piatti tipici della tradizione Sangavinese, con lo Zafferano a farla da padrone.

The great passion of Sanna spouses Guido and Vitalia for traditional flavors is converted into business with the opening of the artisan pasta factory as long ago as 1975. Since then sweets, pasta and Sardinian traditional dishes, only made with the best raw materials of our land, have reached the table of many families who have learned to appreciate their taste and authenticity. The next step for the Sanna’s was to delight the most demanding palates with dishes cooked according to the recipes handed down from mother to daughter. Since 1981 Santa Lucia becomes catering, organizing banquets in the lounge of the homonymous Franciscan convent of San Gavino Monreale. In 1995 it was at last inaugurated the new restaurant, where thanks to the experienceof the four sons and daughters of the couple, people can still enjoy the typical dishes of the local tradition, with saffron as main protagonist.
