RIGGS REPORT Riggs Cat Team Delivering Another Outstanding Customer Experience!

“First of all, I don’t typically submit emails or reviews about my customer service experiences– positive or negative. However, I recently purchased a Spartan Mower from Riggs in Little Rock and was blown away by the level of customer service I received. Doug Anders went above and beyond. First, Doug let me demo his personal Spartan mower on a Saturday! He spent over an hour edu-

cating us about the mower, taking the time to answer each one of my questions. I went to Riggs the following week, I let Doug know ahead of time I was on my way, and he had 3 different models pulled around to the front for me to see. After selecting the SRT-Pro, I asked if Riggs could deliver it– Doug then offered to personally deliver the mower to my house! As if that weren’t enough; he then gave me, my wife, and my son, Riggs caps. Doug happened to mention to Michele Logan that my son’s 3rd birthday party was the next day; she sent a CAT collectible

truck for him! Again, I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service from Doug Anders at Riggs. I felt like I was a top-paying customer, even though I was only buying a mower. I’ve spent a lot more money on other equipment/vehicles from other places in the past, and never received anywhere close to the level of customer service I received from Riggs. outstanding person he is wanted to make sure we recognized Lloyd Smith in the retail shop as well: “After the mower was purchased, I asked Lloyd if he would give it the infamous “Lloyd Touch.” He stopped what he was doing to give 30 minutes of his day to clean the mower up, fill up the tank, and then pulled the blades out to put a good edge on them. He wanted to show how this mower cuts grass with good sharp blades. He then helped me load it on the trailer. That personal attention to detail sure goes a long way!” -Doug Anders
