NATIONAL SISMOLOGICAL SERVICE

MÉXICO CITY, MÉXICO

Given the structural damage that the SCOP Center (Center of the Secretary of Communications and Public Works) had and the need to preserve its murals, as part of the national cultural heritage, and especially to provide Mexico City with state-of-the-art infrastructure in terms of Due to the seismicity of the country, the construction of an architectural complex consisting of a high-tech building that will house the National Seismological Service (SSN) and its Memorial is proposed, which will contribute to improving accessibility, urban well-being, infrastructure seismic activity and the collective memory of Mexico City

STRUCTURE

This building will have a façade that will absorb CO2 and a structural design that will make it one of the safest buildings in Mexico. Furthermore, since the path of the sun is from east to west, the project was rotated 45 degrees with respect to the axis of the solar path, so that the service core produces a shadow over the work area; while the Memorial will allow the original murals of the SCOP Center to be preserved and will incorporate linear, landscaped and rainwater corridors

MORAN 77 APARTMENTS

MÉXICO CITY,MÉXICO

IN MEXICO THE IDEA OF HAVING AMENITIES IN THE SAME PLACE OF THE HOME WITH A CONCEPT OF A PRIVATE INTERIOR PARK AND CREATE COMMUNITY IS NOT COMMONLY USED. THIS SITUATION MADE ME THINK ABOUT A PROJECT THAT WOULD SOLVE THIS LACK.
