Celebrations always make a dull life exciting and create a sense of euphoria among employees who work hard each day. For many workplaces, celebrations are perceived as an utter wastage of precious productive time. However, for Rigel Networks Pvt. Ltd, it is the best time to instill a sense of collaboration and teamwork.

Our time-to-time celebrations on national festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Christmas breaks the everyday monotony and ensures employee engagement. We respect every religion or faith and always try to celebrate religious festivals so that during the workday, employees does not find anything to miss. Moreover, we also celebrate women’s day and dinner parties with much aplomb.

We acknowledge that taking small breaks at the workplace proves beneficial to any organization. Apart from successful employee management, such celebrations motivate them to perform better. The motto is always to let our employees create some beautiful memories that they can cherish forever and let them down their guards to have an absolute fun at the workplace.

Determined to end any gender gap in the workspace, we also celebrate women’s day and salute the power of women. We hold discussions, presentations and give away small gifts to our women employees on the coveted day each year.

Our annual event “Ganador� is a much-anticipated one by our employees. We organize exciting games like cricket, badminton, tug of war, musical chairs, and lemon spoon at the SRP ground. The major attraction of the event is always the prize distribution ceremony in which the winners receive trophies. There are also anniversary celebrations with presentations, speech, cake-cutting ceremony, recognizing exceptional performers at work and much more.

Apart from the above celebrations, which light up the envirocsrnment in Rigel Networks every now and then, there are CSR (corporate social responsibility) activities too. We sincerely believe that serving the community is an integral part to run a successful business and organize various activities like eye checkup programs and blood donation

camps. This immensely helps the local hospitals to keep a ready stock of blood to cope with emergencies. Our employees participate enthusiastically in such activities and keep attending workshops to know more ways of contributing to the community in small ways.
