Registration opens at 6:30 a.m.

Enjoy a continental breakfast at Registration with fruit, juice and Mocha Monkey coffee.

On the course, grab a beverage on holes 1, 3, 6, 10, 11, 14, 16 & 17, including a Bloody Mary bar and Margarita bar. The following food is available: Hole #1 – Breakfast Burrito Hole #6 – Fruit Cup Hole #10 – Breakfast Sandwich Hole #14 – Cheese & Jerky Cup What other activities can I expect?

We hope you’ll join in on a variety of our on-course activities, like contest holes and a putting contest. Don’t forget to share your photos on social media for a chance at special prizes.

What do I do after my round of golf?

Winners will receive their prizes after the tournament.

NEW THIS YEAR: Perfect your short game and spend some time at the putting green demoing the latest putters, courtesy of the PGA Tour Superstore. Or, hit the driving range to try out a few of the newest clubs on the market with representatives from top golf manufacturers.

SERVED FOOD AND DRINK

A highlight of the day is feasting on delicious food and drink while on the course. This year, food and drink from local vendors will still be available, but it will be served, rather than self-serve.

NO TASTE OF THE RIDGEVIEW REGION

It brings us great sadness that we can’t gather under the tent to celebrate the vibrancy of our local dining scene. Unfortunately, there’s no way to maintain social distancing at the popular event. Instead, we’re shifting our celebration to a virtual silent auction.

Greetings, Thank you for celebrating the 35th Annual Ridgeview Foundation Golf & Taste Celebration! We applaud you today, and every day, for your support of Ridgeview. You are committed to ensuring our community receives exceptional health care, and for that, we are grateful.

This year, our community has faced unprecedented times as we navigate uncharted territory together.

Our health care teams have worked tirelessly to remain a critical asset to our community. Hospitals and health care systems across the country face declines in revenue, reduced staff hours and elimination of jobs. Ridgeview is no different, which is why Ridgeview Foundation’s contribution to our system’s operations has never been more important.

This year, we’re raising money for our ongoing COVID-19 relief efforts.

DECADES OF MAKING A VITAL CONTRIBUTION

Now in it’s 35th year, our Golf & Taste Celebration proceeds have funded numerous capital projects, patient care equipment, health information for the community, scholarships for aspiring health care students, fetal monitors and more.

Thanks to your generosity, Ridgeview continues to provide exceptional emergency care and ambulance services, supported by on-site diagnostic imaging, dedicated stabilization/trauma bays, a helicopter pad, and surgical and critical care specialists.

Since February, our health care heroes have been keeping our community safe in the midst of a global pandemic. Due to significant decline in patient care revenue, during this time we’ve found it necessary to reduce staff hours, furlough some staff, and restructure some jobs and roles.

As such, proceeds from the 35th Annual Golf & Taste Celebration will benefit Ridgeview’s COVID-19 efforts to ensure our ability to care for our communities when they need us most.

Every contribution does make a difference in the lives of Ridgeview patients. Did you know that you can:

• Save for retirement and support Ridgeview Foundation at the same time.

• Make a gift that costs you nothing during your lifetime.

• Select one of four easy ways to remember Ridgeview Foundation in your estate plan and join the Legacy Society.

Four Easy Ways ... to ensure that other patients and families receive the same level of outstanding care as you or your loved one.

1. Remember Ridgeview in your will or revocable trust.

By updating your existing will or trust to include Ridgeview Foundation through a simple codicil or amendment, you can enhance the patient experience for many patients and families.

2. Name Ridgeview Foundation as the beneficiary of a retirement account, IRA or other asset account.

Changing a beneficiary designation is one of the simplest ways in which to make a difference for the patients and families we serve.

3. Fund a charitable gift annuity, which is a life-income gift arrangement involving a simple one-page contract between you and Ridgeview Foundation.

In exchange for a gift of cash or stock, and an income-tax deduction, Ridgeview Foundation pays you and/or other beneficiaries a guaranteed income for life, after which Ridgeview Foundation receives your gift.

4. Consider A POD (payable-on-death) or TOD (transfer-on-death) allocation

allows you to name Ridgeview Foundation or other beneficiaries on your bank or brokerage account with a simple form.
