TSG was founded in 1988 when we couldn’t find protective gear that lived up to the way we ride – so we built our own. As a crew of skaters, BMXers, mountain bikers, snowboarders, freeskiers, and all-around style-driven risk-takers, we were after gear tough enough for heavy sessions and hard slams –without ever compromising on looks.
We’ve always been hands-on – designing, riding, crashing, tweaking, and testing until every product nails the perfect balance of protection, comfort, and style. No gimmicks here. Just gear that works and fits right.
Based in Zurich, TSG International AG develops, produces, and distributes helmets, pads, eyewear, gloves, and apparel for action and street sports worldwide. Everything we make is rider-tested and lab-proven – crafted to keep you protected without limiting your freedom to ride.

Our Tuned Fit System allows a rider to dial in their fit using different thickness comort pads on the interior of the helmet. Helmets come with two sizes of comfort pads.
DIAL FIT SYSTEM
The height adjustable Dial-Fit System makes it easy to dial in a custom fit in seconds. A dial at the base of the helmet provides size adjustment and enhances stability.
LOW FIT
A helmet can only protect what it covers. Our Low Fit design sits low and fully protects the entire back and sides of your head without impairing field of vision or restricting movement.
SNUG FIT
Developed to provide a secure fit and superior wearing comfort without the need of a sizing band. A true anatomically shaped design perfectly hugs the curve of a head’s shape, making slippage and wobbling things of the past.
Our innovative Air Flow vent system delivers optimal air circulation and reduces uncomfortable heat build-up in the helmet. The air channels have been designed to pull fresh air over and around the head while forcing stale air out.

EVOLUTION
Featuring our custom low, snug fit, the Evolution helmet is one of the slimmest hardshell designs available. It features a tough skatestyle hardshell construction, which securely protects all the useful bits of your noggin. The design curves anatomically around the head for a great fit and tailored wearing comfort. The Evolution helmet is offered in a large range of colors and graphics.

When we introduced our Kraken helmet line with FlexTech in 2010, it was the first of its kind. The Kraken utilises a series of interior EPS foam segments, connected via a reinforcing framework. The advantage of such design is that it moulds precisely to the dimensions of your cranium, providing superior comfort whilst still exceeding safety standards.
Inspired by the design of old-school helmets from skateboarding's halcyon days, the Dawn features a classic full-cut design. The hardshell comes in a single mould, with low cut earflaps, which suggest that distinctive retro look. Built from our tried-and-tested hardshell construction, with sturdy PP and shock-absorbing EPS foam padding, the Dawn helmet is the first of its kind meeting all required safety standards.
FLEX
The revolutionary Dawn Flex helmet brings true soft-fit comfort combined with a CE certified construction. This is what soft-shell users have been waiting for: the perfect compromise between comfort and safety. We have added our FlexTech innovation to this classic fullcut design with ear protection. The Dawn Flex utilizes a series of interior EPS foam segments connected by a reinforced skeleton, allowing the helmet to flex and mold to your head while still exceeding safety standards. The result is a lid that fits snugly without cramping, and will exceed all your expectations.
The Skate/BMX helmet was launched back in 1998, and is an absolute classic that served as a template for many others to follow. This regular shaped halfs hell lid became famous in 1999 when it protected skateboard legend Tony Hawk from a serious injury while attempting a full loop.

This is TSG's refined version of the legendary Pass Downhill Skateboarding Helmet. It benefits from a ground-up revamp, starting with a wider size range and easy-on head channel. Visually it draws on the sleek lines of the original Pass but now features a more streamlined silhouette with some aerodynamic design details. The Pass 2.0 is made from durable ABS for a sleek and safe
outer shell. The visor is also new and fits the silhouette perfectly with distortion-free optics. The new durable visor screw allows easy lens exchange. This smart PU foam gives you a great level of comfort and safety. It absorbs impact, is comfortable and soft to wear and adapts to create an individual fit.
AMPLIFIED SOFTSHELL
Softshell look and feel but Hardshell performance. A thin and flexible pierce-proof insert inside the pad on top of the soft foam secures the foam and your joints from crushed rocks or other sharp objects. Your choice when you want comfortable soft but
ACF (Arti-Lage Foam) mimics the human cartilage with molecular free-flow technology. Staying soft until impact, when it hardens to absorb up to 95% of the shock. ACF protection is durable, breathable, temperature-stable (T-), antimicrobial, non-toxic, and EN 1621-1 EN 1621-2 approved.

HORSE SHOE SHAPE
Custom Horseshoe shape that greatly surrounds knees, elbows or shoulders. The compression-moulded foam pad with a raised top part sits perfectly around your protected joints. This shape minimizes shifting and down-sliding to keep your pad in place during action.

The SK8 DHP knee pad is our extreme downhill protection, developed in collaboration with speed demon Kevin Reimer. Downhill pads aren’t just about saving flesh and bone from concrete but also provide a durable pivot for slides and balance. The Sk8 DHP's come in a long design made from durable, tear-resistant nylon and with a large cap and lateral slide extensions. To keep it in place it also features secure Neoprene butterfly straps with Velcro closure.

Designed for surf skate the Kneepad Wavesk8 A delivers all the protection and comfort that this demanding discipline of sliding sideways demands. Its pre-shaped design is constructed from a double-stitched durable tear-resistant nylon to withstand the abrasive tarmac slides while a replaceable, high definition polyethylene full-cover cap covers a removable ACF knee pad with lateral padding on both sides and above the knee. The Roller Derby 3.0 Kneepad features sewn PE caps and our unique double Velcro closure straps. This sewing-on white cap complies with US rules designed to minimize damage to arenas. The double Velcro closure on the top strap guarantees a secure fit and hold while eliminating snagging on players’ clothing. A customisable bottom strap with concealed, quick-release buckle and open back butterfly neoprene straps then deliver perfect fit and size management. Add to this a slim-line ergonomic profile for obstruction free racing, printed silicone circles on the inside of the pad to prevent slipping and surround multi-layer EVA foam protection on the knee and you have the ultimate track kneepad.
