Invest

in

yourself.

THE RIDER EXPERIENCE is more than a degree. It’s a four-year investment in your growth and potential. That’s why we’re committed to making Rider affordable the entire time you’re here with generous scholarships and financial aid offers that are personalized to you and your family’s needs. Once you see what your education helps you do, it just might be the best investment you’ve ever made.

10

Rider’s Trustee Scholarship provides full

tuition

for four years, a total value of approx. $150,000.

Scholarships

We’re committed to making Rider affordable the entire time you’re here with our generous scholarships and grants. Here are just a few:

» Full-tuition awards

» Trustee Scholarship

» Norm Brodsky Business Competition

» Merit-based scholarships

» $13,000–$25,000 per year

» Legacy Award: $2,000 per year

» Sibling Grant: $2,000 per year

Are you a high achiever? Students with a 4.0 GPA and 1300+ SAT or 28+ ACT score may be eligible to receive the maximum merit-based scholarship offer of $25,000. You must submit your SAT/ACTs to Rider in order to qualify for only this award level.

Scholarship amounts apply for fall 2024 and spring 2025 applicants. RIDER.EDU/SCHOLARSHIPS

» Will my family be able to afford Rider?

Whether you have significant or minimal need, our financial aid offers are highly personalized to your specific circumstances. Your dedicated financial aid advisor will help build a customized plan. You will know your entire financial picture before you even start your first class.

We also invest in your success through generous University-funded scholarships and need-based grants. Together, these funds help make Rider’s quality private education affordable and accessible for you.

» Can I receive merit scholarships?

Yes. Merit scholarships are annually renewable for up to four consecutive years, provided you maintain continuous, full-time enrollment and the minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) specified in your acceptance letter. Best of all, scholarships and grants do not need to be repaid.

» What about non-Rider scholarships? Will they affect my financial aid?

Many Rider students receive generous scholarships from sources outside of the University. The good news is, your financial aid offer will most likely be the same regardless of your scholarship awards. In the case that you earn enough outside scholarships, your aid from Rider could be reduced to fit within your Cost of Attendance. Either way, your debt will be lower once you graduate.

» Can I get a job on campus?

Rider students have a wide variety of paid campus job opportunities to choose from. Through Handshake, an online portal managed by the Offices of One Stop Services and Career Development and Success, you can view and apply for undergraduate jobs, graduate assistantship positions, internships, full-time jobs and more.

» How do I find a job after graduation?

Alumni have access to search for jobs on Handshake, grow their network on RiderConnect, attend career fairs and participate in oneone-one career coaching, all of which help to prepare you for success in your chosen field.

We've got answers. Got more questions? We are happy to help! Call or email us at 609-896-5360 or onestop@rider.edu.

QUICK NUMBER CRUNCHING

Average Annual Net Price

After Federal, State and Institutional Grants and Scholarships*

*2021–2022 average net price is generated using the same methodology as used by Federal IPEDS but separates on-campus and off-campus (with family) as opposed to the weighted average. It is calculated by subtracting the average amount of federal, state/local government, or institutional grant or scholarship aid from the total cost of attendance. Total cost of attendance is the sum of published tuition and required fees, books and supplies, room and board and other expenses (as applicable). Average net price is calculated for first-time full-time students, who completed required financial aid applications such as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and were awarded federal, state/local government, or institutional grants or scholarships. Fees do not include one-time Orientation Fee.

Visit campus three times and you could earn free textbooks!

Attend three qualifying campus visits prior to enrolling by the deposit deadline and you could receive free textbooks during your first two semesters at Rider. Terms and conditions apply.
