The ideas behind this concpet is to create a japandi-style aesthetic in a building to allow the guest feel ease, providing a comfortable living environment with privacy, allowing residential carriage access, adding shading devices to the facade, designing a duplex style in apartment living, and presenting an outdoor garden.

The large window allows ample natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and refreshing atmosphere that promotes productivity. The desk and chair are placed strategically, offering easy access to the various items on the desk while ensuring comfortable seating for long working hours.
The living area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, offering ample space to gather with friends and family or simply curl up with a good book. The large windows not only fill the room with light but also provide breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape or natural landscapes

Le49 II is a residence situated on a corner lot within a serene residential neighborhood in the heart of Tokyo. Charcoal gray Galvalume steel walls, gray natural-granite retaining walls, and resin wood louvers endow the exterior with a sense of subtle refinement.

The home elevator were removed to minimize the energy consumption and also stop noise pollution. By replacing the interior plants were added to create a certain atmosphere to the house and also help improve the air quality inside.

The main concept of this renovation project is called “Transitional Elegance” which will blend Khmer symbolism with modernism design while maintaining a sense of uniqueness and elegance. The design incorporates three Khmer symbols such as the Apsara Crown, the character in Lakhon Khol, and the organic form inspired by the Lotus Leaf. Evoking a sense of interaction, welcoming, harmonious along with luxurious vibe. Lotus leaf that will hold its organic structure incorporated with curvilinear forms to give the sense of fluidity and grace. The soft curves will give the overall interior mood a modern traditional atmosphere.

The open dining floorplan showcases a large skylight with the warm soft cove lighting paired with the ornate wall design. Creating a space for conversation and relaxation. Lights overhead add a touch of ambiance, making this patio perfect for social gatherings.

The indoor dining provide a wonderful amostphere. The floor is a light-colored tile, and the walls are a light brown color. There are a few plants on the walls, adding a touch of nature to the space. Overall, the impression is one of clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic.
