Code Officers Yvonne Bivens and Huu Do attended training for their Level 1B
Advanced Fundamentals (Red Card) and each passed the exam. The Level 1B
Advanced Fundamentals Seminar is a 2-day course that trains regulatory enforcement inspectors and non-regulatory personnel inspectors to inspect land disturbance areas for compliance with state erosion and sedimentation laws. The residents of Catherine Street sent a Thank You letter to Code Enforcement Supervisor Ken Fleming, Police Chief Brandon Criss, City Manager Ricky Clark, and Mayor Angelyne Butler for assistance curtailing activity at 837 Catherine Street.

Beginning July 1,2023, applicants or their agent seeking Variances, Rezonings, Conditional Use Permits, Lot Split/Lot Combination, or land development inquiries for pre-liminary plats, concept plans are required to schedule a pre-application or predevelopment meeting with Planning Staff before submitting applications.
