813.875.6068 HOA Publishers provides newsletters to more than 10 premier homeowner associations throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco County. Our newsletters provide a great value to the HOA’s serving as the primary communication platform and they are heavily relied upon by the residents of these communities. An advertisement within our newsletters is perceived by the homeowner as a referral from a friend or neighbor. Many of the homeowners choose to keep our newsletters on hand until the next one arrives. With most communities being deed restricted, gated and private, HOA Publishers creates a direct line of exposure for you to reach these residents!

ADVERTISING INFORMATION

Our monthly deadline to place an ad is the 19TH OF THE MONTH. Professionally prepared ads in black & white or color, sent as high resolution .jpg, .tiff, or .pdf files are acceptable. If your ad is not professionally prepared in one of these file types, we can prepare it for you at an additional fee (design fee varies), due with your first payment. SCANNED, FAXED OR MAILED ARTWORK IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! You will receive a digital proof of the ad prior to publishing IF we create or IF we make the requested changes to your ad. Payment and print ready files must be received by the deadline in order for your advertisement to be placed in an upcoming issue.

PLEASE NOTE; Our production schedule is the priority for timely newsletters. If your ad, requested changes or your payment is received after the deadline, we may not be able to place your ad in every newsletter. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE PAYMENTS. No credit is given for missed newsletters in county-wide package deals.

We begin design work on ads after payment is received. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to provide the current ad copy by the deadline. We understand that even small mistakes can be costly and we make all efforts to ensure that your ad is error-free. However, HOA Publishers is not responsible for errors in pre-created ads, or for errors in ads created

by HOA Publishers after customers receipt of the proof. Corrections must be emailed back within 24 hours of proof.

Changes (not corrections) after receipt of proof are billable.

COPIES OF OUR NEWSLETTERS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY MAILED TO OUR ADVERTISERS. However they are all available to Download for FREE off of our HOA website : www.hoapub.com.

Q: How do I submit an article?

A: Visit www.hoapub.com and on the top menu bar hover over “Writing Corner” and select “Article Submission” This will bring you to a page where it will ask you questions about your article and also give you the option to upload documents. Once you submit your article, you will receive an automated confirmation email.

Q: Are the article submissions free?

A: Yes, the article submission is free. We have a high volume of requests coming in, to secure your spot make sure you submit it before the deadline which is the 19th of every month. This does not include ads!

Q: How can I view the newsletter?

A: Visit www.hoapub.com and hover over “Communities” the list of the communities will pop up. You can click on whichever community you would like to view.

Q: Do I have to sign an Agreement?

A: Yes, in order to schedule you in any newsletter we need to have a signed agreement by you. All contracts, artwork and information must be received by or before the deadline which is the 19th of every month.

Q: Can I pay everything at once?

A: Yes, you can choose to pay in full or monthly. Paying in full when running ads for 3 months or longer will give you a 10% discount!

Q: Is there a deadline to submit an ad or an article?

A: Yes, all submissions have to be in by the 19th of every month. In order to be featuring in the next publication.

Q: Can I get hard copies?

A: Copies of our newsletters are NOT automatically mailed to our advertisers, however they are all available to download for free off of our HOA website. For an additional fee, hard copy can be mailed to you.

Q: If I submit my ad or article after the deadline can it still be featured?

A: No. You must submit everything by the 19th of every month.

Q: Who do I contact to place an ad?

A: Call: 813.875.6068 for any ad inquiries or questions.

Q: What are the sizes and specifications for the ad?

A: The size for a Full Page ad is 7.75”w x 10.16”h. The size for a 1/2 Page Horizontal is 7.75”w x 4.833”h. The size for a 1/2 Page Vertical is 3.79”w x 10.16”h. Professionally prepared ads in black & white or color sent as high resolution .jpg, .tiff, or .pdf files are acceptable. If your ad is not professionally prepared in one of these file types we can prepare it for you for an additional fee. Scanned, faxed or mailed artwork is not acceptable.

Q: When will I be able to view my ad in the newsletter?

A: Newsletters will be posted on our page: www.hoapub.com on the first week of every month.
