TATTOO ARTISTRY According to the Today show, Richmond ranks as the third most tattooed city in the country, with an average of 14.5 tattoo parlors per 100,000 people — and that’s just within city limits. Jesse Smith, owner of Loose Screw Tattoo, believes tattoos have gained appeal due to the growing number of reality TV shows based on getting inked. He himself appeared on the Spike TV show, Ink Master, in which he placed fifth out of 16 contestants. He focuses on a more illustrative style of tattooing and says he and his team of tattoo artists have traveled the world honing their craft. Thea Duskin, co-owner of Ghostprint Gallery, mixes an art gallery with her
