Wright’s at the Biltmore creates a culinary experience that tells the story of the Arizona Desert. One example of this is their Octopus Salad ($15). While not indigenous to the desert, the terrinestyle, chilled octopus pairs perfectly with salsa cruda and a variety of other Southwestern ingredients.
