Blaze Pizza is fast, but not at the risk of flavor – or quality. Executive Chef Brad Kent developed each of the pizza spot’s eight signature recipes without nitrites or artificial coloring. Even his dough is considered “clean.” Made from scratch daily, Blaze’s dough uses just a few simple ingredients: unbleached flour, extra-virgin olive oil, filtered water, salt and a dash of sugar.
