runch is popular in the Valley, thanks in great part to our undying love of the mimosa – a tasty treat that is traditionally made with a heavy pour of sparkling wine and orange juice. Although the sipper is delicious in its original form, several restaurants and bars have been going outside of the box and getting more creative with their recipes, adding everything from ginger beer to pink grapefruit, and a variety of other unique ingredients, into the mix. Here is a look at some of our favorite spins on this classic morning cocktail.
