Supporting the community can now be as easy as drinking a cup of coffee – literally. Press Coffee, a locally owned and operated company with eight Valley locations, recently rolled out a Community Blend coffee ($19) in an effort to raise awareness and support local organizations. Each quarter, Press will donate a portion from the sale of the Community Blend coffee to a different organization. Arizona Coalition for Change, a Phoenix-based organization that empowers everyday people to transform their community through building civic power, just and equitable schools and safer neighborhoods, will be the first beneficiary. Hash Kitchen will debut brunch nightlight experience “Hash at Night” this month. Offered Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., those with late-night brunch cravings can now enjoy the restaurant’s full menu along with live DJ music from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Choose from creative, chef-driven pancakes, eggs Benedicts, waffles, hashes, scrambles and other specialties while sipping on build-your-own bloody mary bar creations, bubbly boba mimosas, cold-brew coffee cocktails, and the restaurant’s popular first-class cereal shooter flight.
