O.H.S.O. EATERY + BREWERY Beer: Imperial Pumpkin About: An imperial stout aged in red wine barrels first has clear hints of pumpkin, then phases into dark, roasted coffee flavors and eventual hints of vanilla and maple. This one is definitely a complex fall option! Availability: Available at the brewery for $6 pint, $11 a pitcher, $6 for a 24-ounce growler fill, and $12 for a 64-ounce growler fill. SCOTTSDALE BEER COMPANY Beer: Drunken Pumpkin Ale About: Aged in Booker’s Bourbon’s famous charred oak barrels, this deep red ale has clear notes of the bourbon along with spice and slow-roasted caramelized pumpkin on both the nose and mouthfeel with a hint of butter cookie.
